try to colour inside the lines

1. alteration not animation
2. colors are to harsh.
3. way to many errros.

All I Can Say Is. Crap
You've used paints default colours
You could of made You Own McDonalds Sign
Try keeping in the lines and use shading

I don't really like it, sorry :(

Tone down the colours, straighten the lines, go to Image > Draw opaque for the fries and logo.

No offence, but an hour is quite long and that isn't very good xD. Keep trying though. Start off with smaller avatar alts, like characters nd that, and slowly build up as you progress. Make sure that color stays within the black lines (the fill tool is your friend!) and that you save images as better quality formats such as .bmp and .png.

try saving it as .PNG for better quality =] use habbos colours and shade it

Lol, Yh Shading ;) and toning the colours down a little bit, after thats its not a bad alt!
