Are you downloading 2.20? Because a lot of people have said it took ages to download, it did for me at first.

yeah, trying it with a wire just now, hopefully that works for us.

when i try update i get the error on the laptop of; There is another device causing an ip conflict on the network. any ideas how i can stop this? :<
