This is not a DO NOT PAY PEOPLE THREAD its more a pay people for their performance :s yes its only a few pounds but maybe a manager performing well should get £10 and others not well should get 50p each lol

If theres regualr pay then its classed as a job so I am reporting Habbox for not paying managers the minimum wage.

I havent request payment, yet.
I probably dont plan to unless it's for prizes now.

Surely that is very childish?
It is up to Sierk if he wishes to pay a small sum for volenteer work and it is upto the managers to accept it.

I didn't take payment when I worked here, when i got my job it clearly stated and still states on Habbox that you will not be paid and that it is vouluntary.
I worked on here because I enjoyed it and as soon as you start doing it for money the whole scenario changes.

Thats my opinion anyway.

What am I argueing over? I said that i think a performanced based pay system would be better :S I never created pay for staff :S I suggest you stop using drugs and if your not then you should consider starting.
