Yes, but now you've gone back to the government's actions and what they have done, rather then the actual people who are out there suffering. A human life is a human life, where ever they come from. They shouldn't be denied any form of help because of what the people above them have done, because you can't just say "we won't help x because y did something I don't like" because that is immoral and again is tarring everyone with the same brush, when its the minority who made the decision.
