The reason for 25 would be because it's released in the rares page.

All rares in rares page are 25?

Because the vast majority of normal rares are released at 25 credits and unless some new information surfaces to suggest it will be released at a different price then my bad. ;)

It will cost around 6-10 credits... Who the hell would pay 25 for that? plus its part of the furni collection...

Ive seen something extremly simular to that on a retro about 6 months ago lol. Looks like sulake have been riping.

Retros rip from Sulake.

That's why you tend to see rares on retros and then they come out on Habbo.

This will probably come out with the tiki range. If it does it will be lower than 25 creds.
