but yeah our network keeps dying we are getting a new server with Terabytes on it so like there will be loads of room. they are merging us and 3 school together and we are becoming an academy or something? The Priory Academies lol! So like all our email's etc will share. We can view our files, emails and theres a sharepoint we can all access from home :) all is good...
USB slots disabled in most computers, no run command or anything...

my school has just brought 250,000 worth of it equipment inclouding a new 3tb sever which brings its to 4.5tb server space when this time last year we only had 300gb

our servers crash all the time, luckily they're replacing all the computers, getting a new server, and putting fibre optic cables in during the six weeks :D
we have a tb space on server atm, i think i use most of that space lool (cough 90gb)

our school is pretty reliable, never really goes down except there was a powercut that mucked it all up
all usb slots enabled on computers, we cant go on e-mail things, but stupidly, we have accessto outlook express, so I just input my details in there for my nexdana e-mail account and i can send / recieve e-mails :D

And the server only has 250gb space. Which is taken up with about 100 copies of QUAKE 3 (cracked) that someone (looks shifty) brought into school and everyone copied it to their user area.

Lol, our schools servers havnt been down in a while...
The space on the server is extrememly poo, they compain about people using too much space when people put like 1mb flash games in their spaces..
its really annoying..

simple as pie :P network sucks though, security is crap, they are very tight on web use though :P about half the school is on the white list for websites which means they can only go on certain websites which are given on a online list when they login. Oh and the space is messed up, one half of the school is allowed as much as they want, no limits atall so when you go on right click>properties they have 120GB available to them but the other half of the school is only allowed 100mb each, kinda unfair how that works. Its just random people in years that dont get limited too.
lmao, our school has project64 emulators everywhere which i didnt *cough* send around the network bundled with a pile of games lol and yet somehow our school has quake 3 on aswell :S dont know who did that though lol

The block filter mainly blocks porn and forums, everything else is pretty good. i can get on hotmail, and my personnel school email. I have like 80 gb of space in my personnel area, which is taken up by music and work. and the servers quite recently have been crashing a lot lol.
