I got this achievement last summer. My friend who has 1000/1000 of Cod4 done it for me. I was amazed at how he done it in 3 go's. I Have got that but have not done the Ultimatum (Or whatever its called) Or deep and hard.

Ultimatum is easyyy lol :P I don't see how people think NFiTWR is hard xD Do able in 10 mins.
