well i'm sure the nurses would've asked, all they asked was if there was a chance you're pregnant/if you're breastfeedin but nothing about already having had sex.
i've gotta get the 3rd one on monday cause i took allergic reaction to it a few weeks ago, so i have no idea why i'm getting it :S

I heard the virgin thing was just a rumor.. The only thing that really matters is if you get the shot within the age range?

i hadnt gone near a needle since i was 12 and i dont plan to so no.

i went to get it again today n they said no cause i still haven't been tested for allergies and that's last day they're in :/ so prob gonna have to get the last one at the doctors
