Moderator Apps, clean record?

Yeah current mods can reccomend a user to be a moderator.

I think S-Mods, Administrators and AGMs can also recommend. I don't recall it being used often, however I remember one person being hired via it during my time on the team :)

There's nothing to stop you (or anyone else) dropping the FM a PM to recommend someone if you want to :)

It was used fairly regularly while I was there and probably will be for a while, its a pretty useful tool because the FM doesn't have as much time as he'd like to float around the forums seeing who'd be good for what

you have to be able to present yourself well, the application process just differentiates those who can write and those who quite simply can not.

I may just do that at some point, as members too can see who may have the potential to become a good mod.

Some people just don't get considered anymore...
