It has pretty much already been stated, but basically he has used DIVS? I assume to align the image at so and so of the browser. Once you make the window smaller, it's going to keep its positioning no matter what it overlaps.

Just keep you browser maximized.

IT doesnt have an major effect on the style currently so its not top of my list. :(

It should be, coz if you are on a 1024x768 monitor (which a lot of people are) it will look bad

People wont go onto a site with obvious errors.

It'll get moved up the list when more then two people which dont use the forum reports it, till then other bugs and errors are higher.
