I'm on 20mb, And i'm getting 50mb for the same price as 20 next month

How'd you pull that one of?

How do you know when they've done you're area? This is what Im getting;

Well logic would dictate that it's when the speed test doesn't show 2 Mb/s, but instead it shows closer to 10 Mb/s.
