Most of there emails are there names with a full stop (.) between first and second name and then @sulake.com

Some times an automated email comes through - Do you reply to that?
Is your email set right to receive emails etc.
You can always call them up. Asking one of us to get you unbanned doesn't work, and it's not what they do at all lol, no matter how close :P
help tool i get no reply, waited 2 weeks emailed agen no reply used a diff email no reply, as soon as i meantion the account they hang up on the phone
