Stopping Power is deffinately in (obviously) and I can't make out the other ones, one looks like two knives so perhaps immune to getting shanked?

maybe a game mode were tanks are allowed so it can stop all of vechiles are crap stuff :)

Indeed Im guessing its just DRIVING Vehicles Not tanks, no cars with torrets on the top
