It's the same with me. If you'd read my edit I said regardless of my disciplinary record I doubt i'd be allowed to become staff again. I just mess about too much and my idea of fun isn't seen as "appropriate" but I can see why, haha.

I wouldn't be allowed back because of the DS thing, may I ask if I was on that list for RVR's before you left - just according to half the RV team I was.. xD

I've read numerous times that you may still be considered even if you do have a few infractions, but I can still only believe that 70%. I just think that if there's me with no infractions but loooooads of expired fractions and there's someone with no active or expired infractions, they would get the job. And I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that, it makes sense. If someone was to say that I could get the job if I have improved then how would they know that I have improved, personal opinion or written evidence?

The 1 infraction I ever had was for a rule I didm't know existed (It was for not giving a valid reason to -rep in the days when there were strict rules on giving out rep, yet you were allowed to buy as much as you liked :P). The infraction expired and then a few days later they announced all reversed and expired infractions were being deleted. Never broke the rules again (Technically I didn't know i was breaking them in the first place).

I do think that maybe at the start of the year they should clear out all expired or reversed infractions.

Yerr i think a early thing or something, especially for warnings atleast but yeah they doo look ugly :P
