If it was someone else, wouldnt they have to walk infront of the camera to get there shadow like moving right across the wall? :S

its someone else shadow, if you look at the floor, you can see the shadow extends rather far along the floor, it was someone behind the camera. Although granted, it does look like the shadow is almost off the wall, but if you look at the stomach area you can see where the shadow is distorted from the fire place.
