Mwah, there were loads of those threads a while back
basically HxHD is more of a chillout area, but we also offer help hence a smaller desk.
But you should just get rid of the desk, make it into a Room where there is no staff area and then still offer help.. its not like you's sit behind the bars anyways :P

And people arent going to come asking for help in a lounge. HxHD is one of the only decent help desks standing tbh
I agree it has been improved more than it had been but I still think it has gone down considering saying November or such. There Help seemed to be a huge issue, infact I believe Hayley saying something like 85% of your reports go about how much you listen to the questioners (which obviously makes activity important too). Some staff, like you, I think do it pretty well as well a few Normal Staff and of course a lot of the Super Staff. It still has room for improvement though. :)
Yeah, I also say that it should be only one person answering questions at a time. But what happens if theres 2 people needing help? That happens pretty often but it seems to be the same person who is actually helping both the people, my special praise there is to Amber. Again, there's a lot of room for improvement, not a criticism, just what I've seen over HxSS.
Yeah I agree that HxHD needs to be improved. I was just saying that some people never realise the difference between HxHD and the staff to other lounges. And how some people complain how the staff are harsh etc. when if rules were'nt enforced it'd be like this other loungs.
