Shows how much attention I paid to the thread lol.
Yeh but it's not as if your going to be flooring it and spinning out, handling and breaking in a small car like that isn't a problem either. Surely you don't mean 1.0 from stand still? Thats only possible if a car suddenly crashes into you. :P Like GoldenMerc said, you can cause damage in any car. But we are talking about a 1.4 fiesta here, the only way you could cause some serious damage is if you spent a couple of hours flooring it to 40 and was the most pathetic driver ever and swerved into a car for no reason whatsoever. I don't mean to offend you or anything and it isn't aimed at just you but many young men don't actually know what fast is. When you first start driving you think you and your car the fastest thing on the streets. That's normal but when people are still convinced that their 2.0 hatchback is fast when they are in their early 20's then it really is pathetic. As far as I know you are not in your 20's but you really do need to stop thinking that you could cause immense damage in your 1.4 fiesta. :P Save up, get a few years no claims and get something with a bit of power like a subaru/evo/bmw and you will have the shock of your life.
you chat utter crap, as stated you can do damage with any vehicle by simply not stopping for instance, hitting a pedestrian. any car is dangerous
Well yeh thats kind of the obvious, but the chance of crashing/hitting someone in a small, basic, 1.4 fiesta is a lot lower than the average car. Hitting a pedestrian/bumping into another car = possible. Causing some mega disastrous smash up then just no (unless you cannot drive). I'm bored of discussing whether a 1.4 fiesta is dangerous now, peace. :)
Only because your part of the discussion is stupid in every single way.
What (in your eyes) is the ''average'' car then? Alot of cars have 1.4L engines. Cars with 1.4L engines can cause a monumental smash up, that's not dependent on the driver either.
I also struggle to see how you can justify the text underlined, it's not a lower chance, you have the same chance of hitting someone in any car. If I choose to go out on a Bugatti Veyron, or a Fiat 1.1 Punto I still have the same chance of dieing in either car.
You fail hurrendously.
Thank you people with common sense, and just to annoy him even more, I am 3rd party insured on a Honda Civic Type R so I know the difference between two cars.
On Thursday getting these put in:
