If this was Canada he probably wouldn't of even gone to prison because of the youth criminal justice act. Lame.
Such a leniant sentence simply because of his age.
He knows what he was doing, and he knows it was wrong. He should be convicted like any other criminal.
Like he's 13....
His friends who stood by should be the ones getting 3 years.
i dont think he deserves a sentence as living with that eyebrow is punishment enough.
