Haha, T in the Park and Oxegen are on the exact same days and have like 90% same line-up..
Cause they're the exact same festival with the same line up (different days obv), by the same sponsor and everything. Theres two so the northerners can go to the leeds one and the southerners can go to the reading one. Its that good loads of people wanna go to them.:)Quote:

Even when it comes to tours they perform one day after another, often for five consecutive nights which is pretty considerable stuff. I don't really think there's any sense to that statement tbh, the likes of V Festival and Leeds/Reading are very successful under that format.
