So the Gold Dragon I SOLD for 9T is still worth 9T?
No, say you sold your Gold Dragon Lamp for 9T which at the time works out at 1000 CS. The Throne then increases, which means 1000 CS only stands for 8T now then that would be the value. The rare in question is not worth anything less, but yes it is worth less in Thrones because the Throne has risen.
The same goes for unpure, say I trade my Bird Bath (red) for 10 Gold Laser Gates which at the time are 10 CS then that works out at 100 CS. If the Gold Laser Gate changed and say doubled, why would the Bird Bath (red) also double and become 200 CS? - it doesnt make sense, hence why we have the CS as the primary currency.
I understand what your saying undertaker but in your previous post you said "the rare hasn't doubled but the Throne has" so therfore the rare should still be at the price it was traded at Irrespective of what value is put on a throne!
The rare is at the price it was traded at, which at the time was say 9T which equals 1000 CS. The rare would remain at 1000 CS as CS barely change whereas the Throne may change and thus it is worth less/more Thrones depending on whether the Throne decreased on increased.
I beg to differ - I sold a gold dragon for 9 thrones' you said in your previous post it is no longer worth 9T and it is now listed as being worth 7 thrones 150CS (without being traded since) all I would like to know is why is it not worth what someone paid me for it with no further trade to judge it on. I thought the point of Habbox Values was to estimate values on TRADES.
The value has changed in Thrones yes, because of the very simple reason the Throne has changed. We use CS as the primary value, its primary value has not changed. Again, refer back to my example with the Gold Laser Gate.
even though the value of a super stays the same, thrones are rising and hcs are not. The value is not dropping any, you just think it is because its worth less thrones because dragons arent rising at the same rate as the throne is.
Well, after seeing this thread I went on a hunt for a gold dragon being sold. They sold the gold dragon for 8T, so this gives me a conclusion of the throne value is linked in with the selling of Gold Dragon, but it isn't dependant on the throne, it's dependant on the HC.
