Yeah fork in left is the "right" way to do it, so that your right hand has the knife you can chop through tough foods easier. But nah, unless I'm with the posh people in my family I use fork in right.

if im at home i only use a fork, much easier just to cut down with fork.
I have knife in left fork in right otherwise, Dinnerladies always used to complain, its like GO AWAY IM EATING!
I was unaware people did it differently. I've always done fork left and knife right like it should be done. No doubt this will now annoy me as I will look out for people doing it wrong :P
It's like wearing a watch on your right hand, why on earth would anyone do that? I'm generally not a traditional person but things like this irritate me xD

but yeh i don't go looking at the way people eat & i'm not gonna judge them on it, so can't see why it bothers you misawa. although my gran always shouted at me if i rested my elbows on the table so now i don't but don't exactly think people who do are ill-mannered
I wear a watch on my right wrist. And never put bracelets on my left. There's nothing worng with that, wierdo.
I eat left-handed and i really don't know why, so yeah fork in right hand, knife in left.
