Do the right thing, vote left :)
just voted, deciding how much of it to watch tonight. Defo C4 and then some of BBC methinks
Exit polls show a hung parliament with the Conservatives short by 19 seats. Reflecting the polls of the last few days. However the Liberal Democrats actually lose seats which is quite remarkable. Exit polls incredibly accurate in the past it's worth noting.
Sky News / ITV News / BBC Exit Poll results are as following:
Conservative: 307
Labour: 255
Liberal Democrats: 59
Others: 29
Looks like were heading for a minority Conservative government :)
Really Jordy? Do you not know anything about 1992?!
If we use the exit poll results, a Labour / LibDem coalition is VERY unlikely as they will have 314 seats when compared to 307 Conservative seats.
This means there is a 7 seat difference and your forgetting that the UUP/DUP of N.I have close ties with the conservatives which should their seat prediciton of 10 be accurate the conservative party would then have more seats than the join Labour / Lib Dem coalition.
That was a while ago, in more recent elections it's been close to being spot on. They've presumably improved their methods for collecting data since 1992 too. However, I struggle to believe the Liberal Democrats will lose seats so I think this poll might be wrong.
Come on Conservatives!
I can see Labour surprising a few people however, the LibDem exit poll result hasn't surprised me one bit.
I love paxman XD!
And I do believe that people may have moved from liberal democrats to labour to block conservative. We'll
see. I don't believe how many people can't vote!
