I always jump from putting on weight to going underweight it's so annoying I might have to start counting calories now ;/

i eat what i want as im fortunate in the aspect it's kinda hard for me to put on weight, i mean i do don't get me wrong but not half as quick as other people
I do eat fruit and veg though dont get me wrong
To be honest I rarely look at how many calories is in something that I'm eating but I might check sometimes if I'm interested in knowing :P
eat as much as i want, when i want. I do try and not to eat so much junk food now though..
