No because there will be information on it about events which occur every week like the chart show on HxL.. thats what I assume to be the case anyway so Roxy needs the table.

lol you can't really say that without knowing what Roxy wanted to use it for in the first place!
You're saying it took forever Charl but it eventually worked, right? After much fiddling about and sorting out problems, you got the right perms to do it. I don't see why the same can't be done for the senior events organisers, however it isn't my department to pry into, I'll assume you and Roxy will have your reasons for keeping it a managers thing. :)
its not just a manager thing. when i was a seo it wudnt let me have them. we tried for hrs and it wudnt work.
the only reason why it didnt take as long was because i now have management perms which allow us to add them to the calender.
Permissions:
At this moment in time no "Senior" or "Head" have their own usergroup. Extra forums and what not are done via access masks right? The only way Seniors could use the calender is by having their own actual usergroup. At this present time, the calender does not like any other permissions apart from "Department Managers" or people with Admin. So please do not blame the events department or Charl for that issue.
Charl did have problems with the calender, this is because VIP/Donator got in the way. I've figured out a small bypass of that and that is why she can now add events without problems.
