New game? Theories people!

Well as many people were saying, the badges are for buying pixel fireworks and letting them off. But isnt pixel fireworks teaching kids to play with fireworks?

Maybe. Also in many countries fireworks are illegal unless in an official supervised event

For such a novelty thing (letting off fireworks), I don't see why you'd need 10 levels of badges. Then on the other hand, the other games have XX so I'm not sure what to think.
