Well if it happened to me I am sure I would feel sad and humiliated as well. Not to mention feeling worthless.
I would go to the Police but then I am older and she is only 15. Maybe text her with the helpline so she can decide whether or not to look at it without any pressure? Other than that all you can do is say you will be there for her, listen to her and support her through it. Talkin about the event a lot is a symptom of the shock she has had and is part of the process of getting though it. Hopefully she will start feeling angry too and then report it. Lots of people wouldn't say anything to anybody and bottle it up for years so you must be a special friend to her and at least she is talking about to you.

No this happened to her when she was 15, shes no longer 15, shes 16. so she keeps using the excuse it happened 'ages' ago, so it should be left alone, but i'm trying to say to her that if we leave it, then it might happen to even more people.
I'll just talk to her about it and see if I can help her through it, and maybe talking about it will make her realise she should talk to an helpline or go to the police. I'll try not pressure her into doing it, but i'll let her know of the helpline.

Well it sounds like she maybe needs a bit of counselling. I think you are doing all you can in the circumstances so just carry on supporting here. After telling her about the helpline I suggest you leave the subject unless she brings it up. :)

Is that only a Phone call Helpline? Or can she email aswell? i'm sure she would prefer email if she was to do it.

Persuading a drunk girl to do things is not the same as "forcing" someone into a fatal fourway. If you're too out of it to move away or consciously shut your mouth you're definitely too drunk to go through with the actions so she can't have been passed out or anything. Stuff happening to her (as in one-way) I can believe being a forced event but unless they were threatening her with violence then her triple performance upon their persons was something she did herself

I'm pretty sure that her trying to run away, Push them off, And them grabbing her and pushing her to the floor and physically making her do things and forcing themselfs upon her is being forceful, and unwilling on her part.

She could be lying, but she might not be.
Just because she doesn't want to tell people doesn't mean she's lying. She might not want to tell for many reasons; she may be embarrassed, she may be scared her parents will find out and be ashamed of her, she may think it's her fault.
there's lot of reasons.
Just let her know that it wasn't her fault, it was the people's that did it and let her know that, if in time, she feels as though she wants to let someone know, go with her and tell her you're always there to support her.
just don't go without her or do anything off you're own back; just make she that she's okay.
