It looks like I'm in the minority when I say he came into HxHD with some good intentions. He also brought up some important issues with GM which I hope to see taken into account in the very near future. I'm slightly disappointed that it ended like this, but I just hope to God that GM take some things into consideration.

He never deserved to be help desk manager, he chose to leave, he can't just come back once university is over for the summer and expect to reprise his role (or a management role) with a click of the fingers and then quit again as soon as hes back to uni, it's unfair on the staff who put in the effort to just get overlooked.
