You should get un-banned for it, contact support and wait for about 10 weeks then you will get a reply as Habbo is awful these days, thats why I stopped playing.
We had a whole debate about the moderation issue here: http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=723635
Ye, they need to get better/more staff xL - or maybe they're just lazy ;) and too busy on facebook.
Hi there, I was wondering, who do you email about these unban requests? I have an account thats been banned since late 2009 for having a private chat about a meeting in a private room that was locked and pass worded, with my then girlfriend, I would be very interested in trying to get that ban overturned and that account back! :) Any help would be appreciated! :)
Hey, If you visit https://help.habbo.com/home and submit a request there. It may take some time though :)
Hi Jordan,
Thank you for the link I have just submitted a request.
You have been very helpful and I really appreciate it! :)

Just say that you will pay them £100 for your account to be unbanned then they will do it. Simples. Even though you won't of course!
You should be apologetic and say you have learnt your lesson and that you understand the dangers of retros now, but you didn't before and it will never happen again if you are given another chance to redeem yourself. explain that it was a childish mistake that you didn't realise was quite so serious and a permanent punishments isn't fair because you now cannot redeem yourself, so a second chance is fair.
I got banned for something, but I spoke to a moderator randomly one day and they actually got me unbanned after asking me if I had learnt my lesson and what I had learnt from it haha, those were the days!
