That is true, personally to me, these sound great, but that is because I have no actually heard a better pair.

Received them today, and can say that they are very good for such small headphones, ill post more tomorrow.

Is there a noticeable difference in sound quality between these and say, a pair of iPod earphone (I know there is, but is it significant.)

These cannot be compared to the iPod earphones as they is nothing to compare :P

Have you bought these yet? Do not buy these. Seriously. Buy the HD one's, because the Solo normal ones snap, just like mine after 2 months. Youtube it, loads of people have had it happened and Monster wont replace mine. The HD's are £20 more I believe but they have the glossy headband which stops it snapping.
