Runescape because $15 a month is insane. That's $180 per year that i can spend on better things. I cant really give an honest opinion about WoW because of that though.

WoW is 1000 million times better. I played RS before I could afford WoW and mates got me into it at college. Played since, would never go back. So worth it.
I replied ages ago saying I already picked so no idea why unorthodox bumped it, especially with such a stupid post
