I actually don't know, I think due to the nature of the way the brain handles intense pain it actually makes it very easy to forget/overlook past painful situations.
There are plenty of situations where I presumably should have felt emotional pain but I'm pretty desensitised to emotions for the most part.
Physical pain, deffo when I had my wisdom teeth removed and I had 5 stitches in each gum as I was really ill with them, I had to spend the night in hospital because I'd lost so much blood and all this. It was awful.
Emotional pain, being by my Grandads side as we watched him pass away in hospital. I was only 17 at the time and it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through, apart from when my very close friend passed away a month ago.
Uhm, I've broken so many bones, currently have scoliosis (curved spine) and ribs hurt from it, torn knee ligament and recently operation on appendix thats had its complications that I am suffering from 10+ weeks from, so the worst pain, is probably how I feel now and I define it as a broken body :(
Worst on set of pain? Probably tripping through a window and slicing my veins in my arm open squirting blood about two metres haha.
Emotional: Seeing the closest person to me go through clinical depression, eating disorders and suicidal attempts at such a young age.
definetly when i broke 4 toes at the same time and my parents made me walk on it. could literally cry right now thinking about it.
emotionally was when my great uncle died. you don't notice how close you are with someone until they aren't around anymore :/

physical pain is when someone (deliberately) stood on my infected ingrown toenail. or when i stood on a nail which when through my foot.
emotional pain (which i think is worse because it lasts longer) is when one of my closest friends died.
sucks. :(
Apparently, tooth ache is one of the worst pains you can have, so probably that at some point :(
was at corby and messed up on a jump broke my arm and foot oh also destroyed my bike
