haha, ah i tried to explain myself. Hopefully they won't be ***** about it and understand that I didn't mean that lol I first replied trying to make an excuse (through email) saying that I WAS TALKING ABOUT MY SKY PLUS BOX pmsl thank god the email failed..

"I was referring to my sky plus box. One of my in real life friends was on the hotel and we were chatting about a program on the television through messenger but then our conversation drifted back to the hotel. I'm assuming you believe sky was in reference to skype?"

24 hours. Check your spam mail man cause literally straight after you post a ticket you have to reply again with details about your account so they know it's you. Just reply answering all this in the ticket if you haven't already and tweet @hredalert your ticket number

I dont get it

if i click check existing requests, it takes me to my avatars page, so it's a constant loop as i cant log in so i cant view tickets just make a new 1?

Yeah man its glitched as ****. What I had to do was sign up to habbo with a new email, create a new habbo avatar and then create a new ticket on that account explaining your other account got ban yadeda

yea its a problem. you'll need to go on new id to make ticket cause you won't be able to reply to it, just create one on your banned id.

also @Richie; never got that email only got one asking me to verify my help request which i did (cause it said i was logged out at the time) Plus i don't know over half that information.. lol

do you need to remember the DOB as mine was something like 1900 lol :S
