I agree with the idea of letting it heal for a week and see how it goes. You may need to go to the doctors eventually though. Will have to overcome your embarrassment, because it is a pretty serious thing and if it gets infected or anything it could get a whole lot worse.

It's a tricky dicky (LOL), but relax, it'll heal. People here are over-exaggerating.
It should heal be careful not to get an infection though that would be unpleasant and thanks for sharing with us..
