What does a Mystic laval battlestaff do?

I was going to by a staff, it was Mystic Fire Staff, someone was selling 50k, and I didn't know what it does, so I didn't buy it.

It's basically a lava battlestaff that has being enchanted (costs 40k) so it's more powerful.

Does it let you use 'free runes'? Like a Fire Staff, free fire runes?

Lava - infinite earth and fire runes.

So basically, a Mystic Battle Staff, is a Enchanted Lava Battlestaff?

A 'Mystic' staff is just an enchant version of whatever staff it was orignally. Mystic air, mystic fire, mystic water ect..

Any agility potions in there? if so how much?

So with it being enchanted with 'Mystic', does it make it a better chance of not hitting 0s? And hit higher?

It makes it better in combat, say if you run out of runes and hit someone with it, it will hit more than it would usually. Double post -.- Just noticed.
