I'm sure there's someone who can do something, like just go for a short maintenance break and turn events/promos off until this issue is fixed.

There will be, but the problem is I don't think the outsourced MODs have much communication with sulake's technical team. However, part of Powertoo's and Beeches' job is to be the "eyes and ears of the hotel" and communicate any bugs and feedback to other departments.

I thought about that earlier haha. Although messenger is going to start closing April 8th now :P

my room event has been changed 3 times.
