it was an accident there was no w8n or going backwards needed

he was already going, every1 else had moved out the way, and the guy jumped in the way and put himself in danger knowing damn well a car was coming his way

so if someone walks into a road to kill themself
and someone runs them over
they deserve it because the person didnt stop lol

but if some1 jumped under a moving car without warning intending to die obviously its not the drivers fault

He did. If he didn't purposely drive into him, then he shouldn't be driving because if he cannot see a man in a white shirt in front of him then he is a danger to society.

So strange seeing a boy who looks really young driving a car like that. :P
