Your account was banned while we looked into fraudulent credit purchases. These credits were converted into coins and ended up on various Habbo accounts, including yours. The problem with these coins is that, the real credit card holder sees the charges and gets them reversed.That leaves Habbo accounts with coins which have never really been paid for.
We would only be able to return the account to you if you agreed to have furni to the value of 850 credits removed from your account first. Unfortunately we do not show you having that amount on the account, which is why we will have to keep it banned.

SO basically i worked from 2008-2013 to get 100gbs, I bought the mystic duck. My account is still banned. They want me to pay them?.... this is rediculous

I had 95 gbs bought mystic duck, leaving me with 4gbs. How can i pay them from a banned account? and why should i have to pay 850c ............ this makes no sence.

you prob wound up with the credits alison bought from a stolen credit card, a lot of people got gbs from her and they lost their stuff and were temp permed.

They said i dont have 850c worth of furni on my account? I dont understand I have mystic duck on there worth 5-8 thousand.
The hotel is giving me a very hard time guys, This is unethical and unfair from a business standpoint IMO
