From what I've been reading on Reddit then he's not who he says he is. I think it's proven in the comics as well. But yeah :P

could be true but i dont buy it just yet, that scene just says to me he's a douchebag who fired from his hip and lost all control of his aim

michael cudlitz though, hope he sticks around for a while he's a boss.

I liked him in Southland so seeing him in The Walking Dead is great! :P
