If that were the case wouldn't numbers be dropping and rising madly all the time? While people tune in to hear what song is being played and then tune out if they don't like it. And I'm pretty sure this isn't the case? If I tune in for an hour numbers usually either stay the same, drop a few, or steadily rise. They don't jump about all over the place. And anyway, I don't tune out if a song I don't like is being played, I just turn the radio down and wait for a new song.Quote:

Completely agree. I personally think the DJing has really improved and the DJs are becoming more confident on the radio and I feel the listeners are picking up on that which was what we've been working really hard on as a department.Quote:
