Maybe you could train on baby blue's in taverly dungeon.. You get good prayer xp -New prayers, and you could get strength and attack to 70 :pQuote:

You don't need to buy vials, you can either make them, or just kill water elementals in the elemental workshop (they drop vials of water every time) - which would give you some defence exp :)
