not really, i always tend to stay up late and get up around 5am
I used to be able to sleep mad long, 17 hours etc but these days like 5 hrs max. WHY CAN'T I FIND A HAPPY MEDIUM.
Definitely not.
I can never ever sleep and it's really annoying... my body is tired but my mind just won't stop thinking about things :(
But I've learnt to function on it so it's all good.
My sleeping schedule is perfect now! Go bed at 11:30 and wake up at 7:10 (7:10 is a random number but all through out high school and primary I have woken up at that time :P)
Not really.
I seem to wake up early now no matter what, maybe because I'm getting old :P So even if I go to bed late, my body automatically wakes up early.
I feel tired a lot.
But then again, even if I do pull off a long sleep like 8+ hours, I'll still feel tired.
At the moment I feel well rested but once I'm back to uni I usually get very little sleep.
Some days I do, some days I don't
Because I go bed around 2am - 5am everyday and if i have to be up early (before 12pm) then i only get around 5hrs sleep. But if I don't have to get up early I have like 10hrs sleep
I wish I got enough sleep. I'm usually doing 4-5 hrs a night. There's once in a full moon that I'll sleep for 8hrs but yeah.
