Had a weigh in last night (I do slimming world lol) and I've put on 3 pounds :'( :'( :'(
so gonna be dieting HARD this week... is gud.
I do slimming world too and had my weigh in yesterday. I'm 4 pounds away from losing my first stone now so I'm aiming to reach that by next Wednesday woo

idk my waist and stuff info but im 5'8 and 125 pounds and my current goal is to lose 5 pounds woo. unfortunately i snack way too much tho so will prob take awhile :P
After my bad week last week, came in to find I lost 5 pounds this week. Proper chuffed.
i said i was 4lb away from losing a stone last week when it was meant to say 5, oops.
lost another 3 this week so hopefully gonna reach it by next week :D
do u weigh yourself at the same time every day?
i weigh mysel first thing in the mornings without clothes on and stay the same weight :( obviously my weight fluctuates through the day so i get excited if i check through the day and im at 47kg but then next day am back to 45.5 lol
oh u do it at slimming world my mum lost 2.5 stone there, you get medals and free stuff for reaching your goal or something lol. wish i got treats for putting on weight ;l not much stuff out there for us :P under by 400 calories today but ive been over the past week so fuck it, seems the less i eat the more i put on
