You couldn't "Fire off" a warhead into new york, too do that you need a rocket for a start, Warheads are the bits that go on the top. They'd have too actually get it into your country before they could trigger it, Oh and lets not forget about the access codes that only Your president & the UN have...

EDIT: And Jesus, you wouldn't have to steal a warhead. 8 Have been lost to dates & have not been recovered.

Plus, it's not like the warhead would do any mroe damage then is happening now, thousands of gallons of nuclear waste are leaking out in the U.S daily. So don't worry, we'll become mutants anyway.
