this year my sleeping pattern has been
wake up at 7am
have a nap from 4pm to 6pm
go to bed at midnight
During the week I wake up anywhere between 7-8:30. I sleep around 2am.
During the weekends I wake up around 9 and sleep whenever.
Naps are taken whenever I get the chance.
Been waking up really early this past week, done a lot of damage to my arm and early morning is when the painkillers wear off waaa waaa
currently cut out the naps but on weekends i nap out of boredom still
I miss these days a bit! The bit I miss is how I was used to getting up early so I'd wake up early the next day. I've gone from having 5am starts to 9:30-10:30 starts and usually stay in bed too long! Nowadays if I'm on an early I try get up 2 hours before as I have to get the bus which are usually at awkward times so need to set off around an hour before my shift starts, if I'm on a late (usually 2 or 4pm) then I will get up 3 hours before which isn't great! As I've been on holiday recently I was used to getting up fairly early then so I want to keep trying to do that, but I have a habit of staying up until the early hours and not getting enough sleep.
I feel so old and falling apart atm honestly so bad.
My plan when I move to Melilla in like just over a week is to take my bike, hike on the mountains in Morocco behind the city, start surfing there and possibly join the gym. I've put weight on this year too - but once I start getting myself together it falls off me/I improve quickly.
It's true the more you sleep the more tired you are, and the more you do the less tired you are. It's just getting to that point ha.
I go to bed anywhere from 11-3, wake up every 3 hours, and wake up for my day around 7
I sleep anywhere between 2-3am, wake up ca. 8:30am. Ain't too proud of it
