It's good that teenagers have access to some but there is always gonna be really immature kids getting some, leaving them everywhere in the toilets and using them as water balloons ;l. When I was at school, there would be atleast 2 condoms found in the toilets and they weren't accessable from school.
And then you come back to math class with a pocket full of condoms. Great
