I like that, except I think you need to distinguish 'Teh' more than 'upload' in the header. Also, change the colours you're using. I'd go for some grey blues.

Prefferably it won't be used at all. I think it's really bad sorry.

It isn't the best...and I doubt you have model release forms for those people in the 'photo'

I am 14, nearly 15 years of age. I am been working on a project with the ex Head of Art at Getty Images, and he has commented that my photos are very good for my age, camera and experience :)
