lots of alts from that big picture are ripped from this forum and others and judging by that swirl watermark it's done by a foreign (Possibly dutch?) artist who rips heaps of people's alts and puts them into big pictures. they have even ripped heaps of my alts.
This chicken coop alt was made over a year and a half ago and yayse is a respected poster in the pixel art sections.
Doesn't load for me.
