The only thing I can say about that is how little it relates to Power Panel. Great? I can see that being humerous if this relates to a Windows application that would produce an error like that?
And errors do not come like that now adays like they did on Windows 98-

i got it alot on my old PC lol within 1 year i had to re-format about 20 times xD but my new PC is very stable and that add is well urmm weird?
