That is windows 7, meaning she/he is either a beta tester or a torrent user.

i've be meaning to get that. i've heard, and i quote
it's like xp but a gazillion times better.

Yeah, Im a beta tester. k im not. I got it from TPB. Its like vista but beter. :)
