Theres no point in applying to be a Habbo X member since all Habbo X members have been pre-determained.

They haven't been predetermined. There is also something I'd like to mention, which is about badges. If you have a badge other than the HC badge you cannot apply. A friend told me, who has this problem, but I will not give his name unless he wishes me to.
